At BizTopLawyer, we strive to deliver professional legal support and client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we maintain a clear refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties involved.
Any templates, downloadable resources, or automated tools purchased via our platform are non-refundable once delivered, due to their digital nature.
To request a refund, please email us at billing@biztoplawyer.com within 7 days of your purchase. Your request must include your full name, order reference, service purchased, and a clear reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
You may cancel a scheduled service or consultation at least 24 hours in advance for eligibility. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refund unless due to extraordinary circumstances.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our billing team will be considered a violation of our terms and may result in account suspension.
