Refund Policy

At BizTopLawyer, we strive to deliver professional legal support and client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we maintain a clear refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties involved.

2. Refund Eligibility
  • Unused Services: If you cancel a legal service package before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refunds: If a service has partially been delivered (e.g., initial consultation), a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
  • No Refunds: If a service has been completed, including delivery of legal documents or full consultation, refunds will not be issued.
3. Digital Products

Any templates, downloadable resources, or automated tools purchased via our platform are non-refundable once delivered, due to their digital nature.

4. Request Procedure

To request a refund, please email us at billing@biztoplawyer.com within 7 days of your purchase. Your request must include your full name, order reference, service purchased, and a clear reason for the refund request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.

6. Service Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled service or consultation at least 24 hours in advance for eligibility. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refund unless due to extraordinary circumstances.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our billing team will be considered a violation of our terms and may result in account suspension.
